At Casa Vigil, the winery and restaurant Vigil opened in his own home in Chachingo, we learn the story behind El Enemigo and enjoy a gourmet lunch by chef Santiago Maestre, paired with his labels. In the afternoon, at the legendary Catena Zapata, the Blending Games: you craft your own blend like a winemaker, with components from the Adrianna Vineyard and the Catena family.
Vigil was the first to reach 100 Parker points for Argentine wines —with the Gran Enemigo Gualtallary and the Catena Zapata Adrianna River Stones—. This day brings together his two worlds, in private service and tailored to you.

Departure from your hotel
Around 9:45 am we pick you up at your downtown hotel and set off for Maipú, about 35 minutes' drive with the cordillera at our side.

Casa Vigil — El Enemigo (Maipú)
At 11:00 am, a guided visit to Alejandro Vigil's winery —with its theme inspired by Dante's Inferno and the story behind the name El Enemigo— and a gourmet 3-course lunch by chef Santiago Maestre, paired with 3 El Enemigo labels of your choice.

Catena Zapata — Blending Games (Luján de Cuyo)
At 3:30 pm, a guided visit and the Blending Games at the legendary Catena Zapata: become a winemaker for a day and craft your own blend from the components of Catena Appellation White Clay and Catena Alta Malbec.

Around 5:00 pm, a private transfer back to your hotel in downtown Mendoza.
