The itinerary
Arrival and check-in. In the afternoon, a heritage visit to Escorihuela Gascón, founded in 1884 minutes from downtown, and dinner at 1884, Francis Mallmann's fire-cooked table.
A fine-dining day in Luján: tastings at Terrazas de los Andes and Susana Balbo, and a multi-course lunch at Riccitelli Bistró, awarded a Michelin star and a Green Star.
Casa Vigil — El Enemigo, with Alejandro Vigil's Michelin-recommended cuisine. At night, the moment of the trip: a private dinner at a winery closed to the public, set exclusively for you.
We head up to the Uco Valley for a closing lunch at Zuccardi Piedra Infinita, and a private departure transfer.
