Six days just for you: two spa days, the tables of Susana Balbo and DiamAndes, sunset at Andeluna, a night among the Uco Valley vineyards, Clos de los Siete and Alfa Crux, the High Andes facing Aconcagua and a tapas finale at Anaia.
A whole week just for you, built so every day has a different tone and none of them is rushed. It begins in the water —the private thermal circuit at Cacheuta and, the next day, the Entre Cielos hammam— and continues at the table: the tasting-menu lunch at Susana Balbo, lunch with the chef at DiamAndes, the single-parcel tasting at Alfa Crux. In between, the moment of the trip: the Tardecitas de Andeluna, a blending game to craft your own wine and the sunset over the Andes, and that night sleeping among the Uco Valley vineyards. The week closes facing Aconcagua from Laguna de Horcones, with an estancia lunch in Uspallata, and one last glass with tapas at Anaia. All private: driver, reserved tables and the group exactly as it arrived.
Lodging is split in two scenes: three nights downtown at the Diplomatic Hotel, to walk out at night and come back whenever you please; and two nights among the Uco Valley vineyards, at Casa Septem —infinity pool facing the Cordón del Plata— or the Giménez Riili guesthouse, inside The Vines estate. The itinerary
We meet you at the airport and head to the foothills: a spa day at Termas Cacheuta, with a private thermal circuit, stone pools above the Mendoza River and lunch included. At dusk, check-in downtown and a first glass among yourselves.
A tasting-menu lunch with pairings at Susana Balbo, in Agrelo, and in the afternoon the hammam at Entre Cielos, in Vistalba: the only authentic one in Latin America, a six-circuit ritual among Malbec vineyards. A free evening in the city, with a table reserved if you feel like going out.
We set off for the valley, bags and all. Lunch at DiamAndes with the chef, among the vineyards of Clos de los Siete, and at dusk the Tardecitas de Andeluna: a blending game to craft your own blend and the sun behind the Cordón del Plata. That night you sleep among the vines, at Casa Septem or the Giménez Riili guesthouse.
A slow morning with the Andes straight ahead. The full Clos de los Siete circuit with a visit to Monteviejo, its terrace and its Bordeaux elegance, lunch in the valley and a tasting at Alfa Crux, in Los Chacayes, with its single-parcel wines. Back downtown and a night out, with your driver on call.
Route 7 into the cordillera in a private vehicle: Potrerillos, Uspallata, Puente del Inca and an easy walk to Laguna de Horcones with Aconcagua straight ahead. Lunch at the San Alberto estancia, in Uspallata, and back at sunset. One last night out in Mendoza.
A free morning or, for those who want to close with a glass, a visit to Anaia in Luján de Cuyo, with a tasting and tapas among the vines. Private transfer to the airport.
