Five days to travel Mendoza as a couple, unhurried. It begins in Luján de Cuyo, with a morning at Bodega Bandini and a private sailboat on the Potrerillos reservoir —tasting on board, cordillera all around and nobody else on deck— and a tasting-menu lunch at Riccitelli Bistró, Michelin-starred. Then the trip moves on to the Uco Valley: terraces facing the Andes at Piedra Negra and Alfa Crux, lunches at Domaine Bousquet and Piedra Infinita, and a night among the vines of the valley.

The itinerary
Private transfer from the airport and check-in in Luján de Cuyo or Chacras de Coria. To begin unhurried: Andeluna's Tardecitas in the Uco Valley, the sun sinking behind the cordillera with a glass in hand; or, if you would rather stay put, sunset from your own lodge.
A morning at Bodega Bandini for the moment of the trip: a private sailboat on the Potrerillos reservoir, just for the two of you, with a tasting of their wines on board. At noon, a tasting-menu lunch at Riccitelli Bistró in Las Compuertas, Michelin-starred, and back to the lodge for a free afternoon.
Departure to Uco. Terrace and tasting at Piedra Negra, with the high-altitude vineyards of Vista Flores and the Andes straight ahead, and lunch at Domaine Bousquet in Gualtallary. Check-in and a night among the vines of the valley.
A morning at Alfa Crux, tasting with the cordillera in view, and lunch at Piedra Infinita, the restaurant of Zuccardi Valle de Uco, between stone and vineyard. In the afternoon, return to Luján de Cuyo for the last night.
A morning at the hammam and spa of Entre Cielos, to slow down before the journey home, and a private departure transfer.
