Tikal is Ernesto Catena’s estate in Vista Flores, farmed biodynamically and named after his son. The signature experience is the Farm Day: a day in the country with a walk through the estate, a tasting and lunch among the gardens and vines.
It is one of the most relaxed visits in the Uco Valley, free of any industrial-winery script. It works beautifully on the last day of a trip, when no one wants to see another steel tank.
