Tempus Alba, in Coquimbito, Maipú, is the project of the Biondolillo family, with five generations of winemaking tradition. It is a pioneer in Malbec clonal selection — its Viñedo Madre de Clones represents more than twenty years of research — and its flagship is the V.E.RO. Malbec.
A visit combines vineyard and winery tours, tastings and blending experiences, with a panoramic terrace above the vines and the restaurant Patio Tempus, made for the sunset hour.
