Quimera House of Blends takes its name from Achával-Ferrer’s flagship blend and turns it into an experience: a space in Luján de Cuyo devoted to the art of assembling wines, where you taste component by component and craft a blend of your own.
It is the playful counterpart to the classic Achával-Ferrer visit, with an optional paired lunch to close. Ideal for couples and small groups who have already done several wineries and want to get their hands into the winemaking.
