Ojo de Agua belongs to Dieter Meier, the Swiss musician of Yello who traded the stage for organic farming in Argentina decades ago. His certified-organic wines are made from Luján de Cuyo fruit and exported chiefly to Europe.
The visit is relaxed: a tasting and a lunch with wines, with the story of the man himself as seasoning. A worthy detour from the classic circuit.
