MAAL Wines chose the narrow path: making nothing but Malbec, almost all of it from old vines in Las Compuertas, one of Luján de Cuyo’s historic terroirs. The name says it all — “Malbec As A Lifestyle”.
The visit is boutique in scale, with a vertical tasting of their single parcels, a paired lunch and even a cooking class. For confirmed Malbec devotees.
