Laur has been making olive oil in Maipú since 1889, and in recent international rankings it has been named the world’s best extra virgin olive oil. The visit shares grounds with Acetaia Millan, where balsamic vinegars age in barrels.
The tasting is the main event: six oils and four balsamics, guided, with a private-room option for small groups that adds ultra-premium oils and glasses of wine. A perfect half day to combine with the wineries of Maipú.
