Lagarde has been making wine since 1897 in Drummond, Luján de Cuyo, and is run today by the Pescarmona sisters. It is one of the few wineries in the world with two Michelin-recognized restaurants under the same roof: Zonda, Cocina de Paisaje, holding a star, and Fogón, recommended by the guide.
The visit weaves together history and the table: century-old vineyards, the original adobe winery and lunches that alone justify the trip to Mendoza. There is also a cooking class with the Zonda team.
