La Cayetana is the house where Ver Sacrum receives its guests — one of Argentine wine’s cult projects: Garnacha, Monastrell and other Mediterranean varieties worked at garage scale, far from textbook Malbec.
The visit is small by design, with a tasting and a charcuterie board among clay amphorae and barrels. It is aimed at the traveler who has tried everything and is after the wines sommeliers mention in hushed tones.
