Finca La Anita, in Alto Agrelo (Luján de Cuyo, at around 1,000 meters), was one of the pioneering wineries to bet on premium wine when the industry still ran on volume. Founded by Manuel Mas in the 1990s, it works with an ecological approach on alluvial soils with wide swings between day and night temperatures.
Among its varietals — Malbec, Cabernet, Petit Verdot, Pinot Noir — shines a historic Syrah from an old parcel, one of the house’s most prized, cult-followed labels, today paired with a renewed dining offer.
