Domaine St. Diego is the estate of the family of Ángel Mendoza, the winemaker who led Trapiche for more than two decades and remains one of the most respected voices in Argentine wine. In Lunlunta, on just a few hectares, he makes estate wines at an artisanal scale.
There is no visitor center here: you are received in the house and the winery itself, often with the family playing host. It’s the kind of visit wine lovers remember long after any architect-designed building.
