Casarena brought a 1937 winery in Perdriel back to life and put it in the service of one idea: single-vineyard wines from Agrelo and Perdriel, with Cabernet as its flagship in a province ruled by Malbec.
The visit tours the historic winery and ends with a parcel-by-parcel tasting; there is a paired lunch and, for small groups, winemaker-for-a-day sessions and cooking classes.
