The roots are Italian and it shows at the table: paired lunches share the stage with a hands-on class of wood-fired pizza making — something no other winery in the area offers.
It works beautifully as the long stop of a Maipú day: visit, tasting and an unhurried lunch, with the option of staying the night among the vineyards.
