Bressia is the winery of Walter Bressia, a winemaker with more than four decades in the craft and a reputation built on blends: labels such as Conjuro and Profundo are a masterclass in how a blend is conceived in Argentina. The project remains family-run to this day.
In Agrelo, the visit is slow and conversational, with tastings that compare individual components against finished wines. With a group arranged in advance, there is a paired lunch.
