Alandes is the project of winemaker Karim Mussi (also the man behind Altocedro). His El Capricho experience unfolds in a 19th-century house in Maipú, around a paired tasting menu by chefs Edward Holloway and Sebastián Cardamoni.
The table moves in step with the Abras, Altocedro, Paradoux and Capricho wines — an experience that leans more toward fine dining than a classic winery visit.
