The Mission: Become a Winemaker at Norton Winery
The day begins at the emblematic Norton Winery. Here, after an introduction to the world of varietals, you will put on your winemaker's coat. In a specially prepared room, you will have at your disposal test tubes, glasses and high quality wines of different grape varieties (Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot). Guided by an expert, you will learn to identify aromas and flavors, and play at creating your perfect blend. Once you find your ideal formula, you will bottle it, cork it and design your own label - your masterpiece is ready!
The Reward: Pasos Lunch at Piatelli Winery
After your creative work, it's time to celebrate. We will move to the imposing Piatelli Winery, renowned for its architecture and spectacular views of the mountain range. At its acclaimed restaurant, you will enjoy a 4-course lunch that pays homage to regional flavors, a perfect pairing for a day of immersion in wine culture.
