How does the included transfer work?
The service includes pick up from most of the hotels located in the downtown area of the city of Mendoza. At the time of your reservation, we will ask you for the name and address of your accommodation. With that information, we will confirm the exact pickup time and if your hotel is within the route or we will indicate the nearest meeting point, just a few steps away.
What exactly is «mud therapy»?
It consists of applying on the skin the mud or thermal mud, which is very rich in minerals. It is left to dry in the sun and then removed in the showers. It is a fun and very beneficial experience, as it leaves the skin incredibly soft and revitalized.
Are there options at lunch if I am a vegetarian?
Although the asado is the protagonist, the buffet is very complete and has a wide range of salads of all kinds, grilled vegetables, legumes, cheeses, and other hot and cold preparations. It is an excellent and abundant option also for vegetarians.
Is the spa suitable for children?
The TermaSpa is designed as an environment of relaxation and tranquility for adults. For this reason, guests over 14 years of age are allowed to enter. The hotel has a separate Thermal Water Park, which is the ideal option for families with small children.
